Disgraced Councillors Jailed For Hackney Election Fraud

Two Hackney councillors, convicted of carrying out the biggest vote-rigging fraud in British history, have been sentenced to a combined total of ten months in prison. Conservative councillor Isaac Liebowitz received a six-month term, while his co-conspirator, LibDem councillor Zev Lieberman was sentenced to four months in jail.
